How to open all windows maximized all the time on every applications and folders?

How to open all windows maximized all the time on every applications and folders?
I maximized the window every time I open it, but the next time I open it I have to maximize it again.Any suggestions so I don't have to maximize the windows everytime?
Even putting the cursor and draging doesn't work.

press windows logo + d they all will minimize then press it again for maxamize

I know that this new browser that I use you can open as many tabs up at one time and that way they are all ready running so you don't have to wait for the load...
