A lot of people don't know this but the key to good mental health (stress, depression, ect.) is good physical health. Working out and eating healthy is known to greatly reduce stress. In addition you'll look great so you'll feel even better!

try some deep breathing, inhale and exhale through your abdomen. Fill air in the abdomen when you inhale and let your abdomen blot like a balloon and when you exhale it should shrink like a deflated balloon.
After doing this inhaling exhaling exercise ten times sit down with your eyes closed do normal breathing and consciously try to observe your breathing pattern for about 5 minutes.
This should help you to manage your stress and feel relieved.

Take a Walk after work(And after your evening Meal)
If you like Music-then take Your MP3 Player out with you-If you have a K9,Then take it for a Walk!
A Soak in the Spa or a Sauna is also excellent relaxing method!
Find something that takes your mind a Million Miles away from the causes of Your Stress!

Regular exercise is always good for stress. Also, a good deep breathing technique:
Breath in through your nose to the count of 4.
Hold breath in for the count of 7.
Breath out through your mouth to the count of 8.
Repeat this several times.

Well... my fourth grade teacher had this thing where you squeeze the head to let you stress out(They sell those) otherwise just relax.
