Do whatever you feel. My advice, having a tattoo myself, is to do the following:
1. Make sure it's something WITH MEANING so that you won't regret it when you're 75. I have a rose because that is my name. My next one I want to get will have something to do with music because that is my life.
2. Put it in a place where you can cover it up if needed, like say, for a job. Quite a few places do not allow tattoos to be shown. I work as a receptionist in a nice office environment so my tattoo is on my shoulderblade. I can cover that up easily for work & then when I'm outside of work I can easily let it show by wearing a tank or low-back top.
Good luck & have fun! ;-)

Look at TattooFinder.com...It has thousands of tattoos...I have 5, they are all in easy to cover up places (out of respect for my parents and others), my hubs doesn't have any at all and is not going to get any in the future and that's fine too. Just make sure its what you want...I worked at a tattoo shop for awhile and lots of people come in and pick one off the rack, I do not suggest this...look around on the Internet...take your time, find something that means something to you, if you find one that you really like, print it out and hang it up where you will see it all the time, leave it there for a week or so and see how you feel looking at it everyday, one day you might like it and at the end of the week you might be tired of it or you might love it even more... I hope this helps some.

You should not get a tattoo unless you know what you want, its is permanent, and if you are just getting one to get one, that is a bad reason. There should always be a story behind a tattoo, it is art and ment to be on your body as a symbol of something that happened in your life. If you just get one for the hell of it, you will regret it later!!!

well,
a tatto was not a good sign for me ha ha ha
but if you ready for it then it's up to you.
Just don't make it too big okay...it would look scary and dirty on your skin (even if you're a guy...)
Just make it simple but cool =)

I have a panther on my leg!
Be careful where you put one - it can hurt in some places!
