I'm excersizing everyday and really well hydrated(sp?) I drink about at least 1gallon of water a day but not all at once(long story, always thirsty, already been tested for diabeties, been going on for 2months) Anyways, after I eat breakfast, lunch or dinner I find myself still hungry and I grab a fruit usually and drink lots of water but i'm still hungry after words. It's not like I eat a super small breakfast, lunch, dinner either.

BREAKFAST is usually-cereal(wheaties),yogert and water

LUNCH---1meatball sandwhich(on healthy wheat bread),chocolate milk(Ovaltine(sp?),corn on the cob,water

DINNER 1 healthy smart ham sandwhich(wheat bread),chocolate milk(Ovaltine(p?),corn on the cob,water

And snacks inbetween are usually a fruit and another fruit or 1special K bar(There good. I know I don't need to loose weight, I just want to gain muscle a bit and loose a little fat.)

I'm 16yrs old, 5ft 5inches tall, 110lbs and 23% of fat.

Ovisially I don't eat the same things every day

I have been lifting weights and running for 5minutes a day. But on the weekends I don't run, I lift weights for about 20-50minutes a day. I started 2weeks ago.

Fatty foods will make you feel fuller but that's despite your diet and exercise. The old story of taking a tablespoon of cooking oil before eating Chinese because Chinese is mostly vegetables and your hungry before you leave the place. With this is mind maybe you could try it, taking a tablespoon of cooking oil before each meal.
I do believe this came from a very elegant lady Ann Landers, from her column. Good luck

I like to eat an egg in the morning to keep myself feeling full along with all the fiber I eat. Another issue though is the fact that you are 5'5" and 110 lbs. This is not overweight. I am 5'5" and 146lbs and am 25% body fat. This is normal for women. We need the extra body fat percentage. Being in the Army, I am allowed 153lbs before I am considered overweight. You would actually be getting close to being under a healthy weight. You should talk to a nutritionist or your family doctor and have them do a bodyfat check if you are worried. You seem to be at a healthy body fat percentage, now you should just maintain. You also won't lose weight/body fat as soon as you exercise. If you do 20 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week, then you will be maintaining your weight. Please talk to someone with a medical degree that specializes with food if you feel that you are overweight.

First of all, if your 5'5 and 110 pounds, theres no way your 23% fat. It would be much lower. Since your are exersising regularly, it would not hurt to eat more food at each meal. Make sure it healthy and does not have a lot of fat. Foods like wheat bread and whole grains can make you feel full longer. Also foods high in protein will keep you full. ( like peanut butter) You could also try eating a high protein energy bar, such as a clif bar. I exersise alot and have the same problem, and eating whole grains, protein, and energy bars keep me full.

Start the day off right to keep full with a very high fiber cereal. Continue this regemine throughout the day with high fiber. This will allow you to feel full, and it will keep your weight and body fat under control. Fruits, veggies, cereals, and protein drinks should be high on your list of diet. Drink your water in small doses throughout the day.(7 to 8 oz at a time).

Choose high fibre foods. And I add lots of vegtables to my meals to bulk it up. This was I can eat a full plate of food and be satisfied.
