You could always name it something distinguished, like Marley Richardson Wilkins III. Or Sir Roger.
Your cat will appreciate his regal name right out of the gate. Of course, with a name like that, you will have to spoil him.

What do you think his name should be.
Thats what is most important. YOU are his owner, and he is your pet.
When you look at the little one what is the first thought that comes to mind. If he looks like an Alfie then Alfie he is
Smiles Alfie is a nice name
Bonkers is my kitty yaks name because he is truly Bonkers.
The first selection was Midnight but now no way he is truly Bonkers. Maybe you might like to have a name right now and then change it . He can have two names if you want.
Kitty yak won't mind I promise

I think Alfie is a very good name. I call my cats strange names like Yatzy, Tootsie, Kitkat, Ickle, Charlie, Elvis, Zimmer, Icky. The list is endless but I think Alfie is nice

I like that name. I was never one for cute names for pets either. In my family, we have Bart, Henry,Milhouse and Shelby. (Cats- not all in the same house thank goodness) How embarrassing to call across town for a Fluffy or Pumpkin or something like that after they race out the door in a bid for freedom ha ha.

Alfie... yes, why not.
Or Den ? how about Arfur or Pauline ? or Dot ?
Or not.
Call it kitty kitty untill you know it, then you will discover it's name. My cat is called Mitzy.... but I never use that name, I call her moo-moo all the time instead.
Alfie indeed !
