My friend she wants do operation on her legs because shes abit overweight so wants to take out fat meat so she was wondering is there any risk such as long term or short term!!!!

Honest answer - this shouldn't belong in the "Air Travel" section, unless she was flying somewhere to do it.
In which case, she'd better buy two seats.

Whhhhat she really need is a control over eating.I would suggest her to eat only once in a day for a month to get desired result and there is no need to operate on self.

Don't worry about it . it's a very safe operation about legs .
My wife did it about 6 years ago and she doesn't have any problem .
Just after this operation your gf needs to rest very well .
