Anytime there is blood in stool, there is cause for concern. Also, having diarrhea for 4 days can easily lead to dehydration. You describe chilling--that basically means you've been running a fever (also contributes to dehydration). It sounds like you have the flu with gastroenteritis (inflammation of the stomach/bowel). Go to the doctor and get checked. You need IV fluids and medication for nausea and vomiting. Tylenol and/or Motrin will help with the chills. Hope this helps.

I really hope your not pulling something here. Either this or you haven't see all the warnings about raw spinach.

Taking your word for it, I'd get to an ER right now, get someone to take you. This is no laughing matter you could have E.coli.

You have dysentery. This may be due to E. coli, shigella, campylobacter or some other bacteria. You need an antibiotic, as well as Oral Rehydration Solution and something for fever. You must see a doctor.

You better go to the doctor. There was a recall on spinach not to long ago something was wrong with it. You might have food poisoning. Go to the DR.

See your family doctor. You may need IV replacement fluids due to the loss in diarrhea. It sure sounds like you have a "bug". Depending on what kind of "bug" you may need antibiotics.

You need to see your doctor who is familiar with your medical history and who is qualified, trained and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
