My daughter in law and my nephew both have eczema. They use a product called Eucerin...it works great. I worked with cardboard for years on my job and have very dry hands. I use it all the time......love it....don't use anything else. If you decide to try it, get the cream in the jar. For some reason the lotion dosen't work as well.

Cetaphil creams and lotions are sold at the drugstore and are very gentle on the skin. Also Aveeno products as mentioned in an earlier answer contain colloidal oatmeal which is very soothing to the skin. You can find Aveeno at most any grocery or drugstore and it does come in a "generic". Make sure you do not use any type of soap when you bathe, only products specifically for sensitive skin. Another product that has worked very well for me is Burt's Bees Buttermilk lotion. You can also find this at drugstores. Good Luck!

Try using a lotion that does not have any perfumes. Not sure how much money you want to spend but Aveda products are great for dry skin. One bottle of lotion is about 20 bucks.

On another note, try something natural-vaseline or aloe vera. Use it everyday and you will see a difference.

Aveeno lotion has worked well for me. Target sells a Target brand generic of it -- as it is pricey. Oatmeal baths (again Aveeno sells this product). Baths with baby oil for you -- not for baby.

See the site below TALK ECZEMA.

Good luck.

Go to the beauty counters in Boots or the big dept. stores and ask them for their advice and get some samples. Then get your product at half the price on Ebay.

I know my friend has v. sensitive skin and she uses the Dermalogica products, they work for her but everyone is different, you prob need to get advice.
