Ive got loads of different types of beans, mushrooms, peas, sweetcorn, pasta, rice tuna herbs spices etc. but cant think of anything quick and nice to make and cool ideas?

you can make fried rice with the sliced mushrooms, peas and sweetcorns. While the tuna, herbs can be used with the pasta. As for the etc, you can use that with the beans, add it to salad, make it into soup or with taco.

Tuna casserole:
Cook a batch of pasta and add the tuna, peas, mushrooms. Add some onion if you have it as well.
Hold it together with cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup and bake for 1/2 hour at 350.
Top it with cheese if you have some.

You could make a great soup with most of those ingredients and some chicken broth (minus the tuna). Saute onions and garlic, add broth, herbs and spcies and any other items that sounds good. About 15 minutes before you are ready to eat, add pasta and simmer until tender. Enjoy.

Or, you could make a casserole using the tuna, pasta, herbs and add a cream sauce and cheese. Mix it all together, top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 until bubbly. Good Luck.

California Summer Salad (white beans, tuna, and sun-dried tomatoes)

2 cups cooked or canned white beans, rinsed and drained
1 (6 oz) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon, juice from
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp minced fresh basil
1/2 tsp ground white pepper

In medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients and gently mix well to blend flavors. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

tuna pasta salad with pasta cooked then mixed with tuna and peas and ur good add some beans and ur getting creative lol
