Either its your hair shampoo or you are using soap. Change to baby shampoo for a few weeks. Then use head and shoulders ONLY once a week.
PS I lost virtually all my hair when 18 so I immediately knew if I had a scalp problem.

Nizoral shampoo works pretty good. You have to use it reguarly for a little while (a couple of weeks) and don't use conditioner afterwards. Make sure you rinse your hair very well. Not rinsing well enough will dry out the scalp and make more scales.

Try Polytar shampoo, you can buy it from the chemist, it works after a couple of washes.

My husband does. He uses T-Gel shampoo and finds it works pretty well for him.
