You need to find someone else. It doesn't matter that she's beautiful and that you think you're in love with her. Romantic relationships with relatives in any form is wrong. What you would be saying by having a relationship with her is that you are too lazy to branch out and find a girl who's not related to you. It would be a relationship of convenience.
Also, you are 16. I know this is going to sound like bullcrap to you, but there is no way in the world you know what love is yet. With all the hormones in your system right now, trust me, it's a bad time to be making romantic decisions, especially with relatives involved. Calm down, find someone your own age with the same qualities as your Step-Aunt's sister (whom I believe is your second cousin, once removed), and get out there and do some real dating and love searching.

How old is this person ( your "aunt's" sister)?
You haven't seen nor do you know much about her so I don't think you can call it love. Infatuation maybe but not love.
Before you do anything try to get to know this person just as a friend.
Say "Hi" at the next family function and go from there.

how old is the woman you are in love with. if she is too old you need to leave her alone. because you are the one that will get hurt. find a girl your own age. good luck
