What should i do about it. she's been like this sense she was a puppy.

She needs to be taught that snapping and biting are not acceptable behavior. If she looks to you as her boss, you're going to have to make that rule, make a consitent punishment for this behavior, and stick with it.

If she doesn't learn, she may have to be put down.

I know this is a cliche, but...watch the Dog Whisperer. There was an episode about a dog just like that, and he was able to help the owner retrain the dog not to snap. I can't really do it justice because I am not an expert, but if you watch the show you will definitely learn how to retrain your dog. I think it was a chihuahua, if that helps you find the episode.

You have a potentially serious problem on your hands. It sounds like your dog was not properly socialized when she was young and now you will need to enlist the services of a certified animal behaviorist (or a veternary behaviorist) to help you before she bites someone and they file a lawsuit against you. Get help for her fast! Dogs like this are dangerous even if they are small. Do not use physical punishment on her, it will make things worse.

know them not no them but tell her/him ur the boss or if worse comes to worse take him/her to a dog obediance school.
