if so when did your hair start growing back? My doctor said once my iron levels are up It should grow back and look much better than before. At the moment its thinning out badly. My iron level was 6.3! And i take sea kelp and b complex vitamins.

Yes it can take control of your hair. I haven't had low iron in a while and now my hair is thicker, keeping it trim helps too.

the irish drink guinness has loads of iron in it.

im not anemic but i have low iron and ive been noticing that my hairs been thin, especilly on one side, for a while... hmm i never thought of that. thanks...
