And the metal sheets are covered in bright colours to intimate people passing by that construction work or heavy work is going on at the site.

In river, to oppose flow of water is minimised by these sheets.

First these sheet are erected and then sand filling work is started to make that portion as ISLAND.

most of the construcion material is kept on the ground floor which contains things like cement and sand these sheets are used to prevent them from blowing into the air and also to prevent many vehicles from accidentally entering the site
