I don't think there's life after death, although I wish there was. As for why we're here--our anscestors reproduced and made us, just as their ancestors reproduced and made them. Life evolves. We're born because that's what biologically wins--whatever produces more.

Sometimes you can handle thinking about stuff like this, sometimes you can't. If it gets too deep, I find it's helpful to sit under your covers and breathe into a paper bag.

We are all in this world for a specific purpose.
The purpose of being born is to know, love, and serve God, --as well as your fellowmen regardless of race or creed.
You were given a brain that functions to give you intelligence and wisdom to make your righteous choices, while you are here on this plain, because when you die after your Earthly journey has ended, (you better believe this), there will be another transition for your next journey.
It's like after graduating high school or college you will move on to the next level.

The purpose of being born into this world is to cooperate with God in developing a Christlike character before we die and to demonstrate that we can be trusted in heaven. We are on this earth to help and inspire others to also prepare for heaven by cooperating with God for character development. We are to show by our love for others that God's grace is sufficient to transform human nature. Moral excellence is the standard to which we are to attain by God's grace through the practice of self-sacrifice and self-control. As we gain more power over selfishness in our lives, we experience increasing levels of freedom and a deeper sense of joy.

There will be eternal life in the kingdom of heaven but there is not life immediately after death. Check out the article explaining this.

You must be two things, VERY young, and new to answers. This question comes up two or three times a week it seems. It doesn't matter your religious belief or lack thereof. Most people above the age of 30 know the answer.. The reason we are here is to love each other, and except love from each other... Go out and love your fellows... Jim

You should consider yourself lucky and blessed to be born in this world, to see the beauty of God`s creations, and witness the ingenuity of human brain and sophistications of recent inventions.
Each of us were given "holy" spirits in the beginning. If you can maintain your holiness `till death...the better.
If you are temporarily astray due to irresistible temptations...then regret, ask forgiveness, make amends in your life that your spirit will be back to its holy status until death.
Why do we have to do this...maintain holiness, avoid sinning, or make quick forgiveness and amending acts?....
To be prepared anytime for death (when you die, you lose chance in getting closer to God...you`ll just wait for your judgement only). Why?... because..............
There is life after death (Jesus Christ introduce the RESSURRECTIONS, after crucifixion).
After our body die, our spirits lives, so see to it that your spirit comes back to the Father for eternal happiness.....or it maybe held tightly by satan for eternal burning.
You better choose... w i s e l y !!!

Getting crazy is world, biologic, psychologic, genetics problem. Never of spiritual or God originating problem.
