Yes, the "diet" part just refers to the amount of sugar in the product, but Green Tea is Green Tea and always packs the same amount of health benefits. It just depends on if you are concerned with your sugar intake.

I love to drink green tea, and I am sipping a cup right now. I especially enjoy Japanese green tea, black, with nothing added, just the way the ancient Chinese and Japanese have been drinking it for centuries. In my humble opinion, I think the Arizona brand diet green tea is over-priced, and their products inferior simply because they add so much flavor in it.

AriZona has several new versions of green tea in a 23.5oz can to go along with your varied tastes. Introducing Extra Sweet Green Tea, Red Apple Green Tea, and Half & Half Lite Green Tea Lemonade. We think you'll be impressed! And if all of that was not enough, AriZona now makes a liquid concentrate available in two flavors: Green Tea and Lemon Tea. Each can makes 2 quarts! You can purchase the concentrates from our store on this site. Enjoy!

the only difference is that the diet version is made with less/possible no sugar. if your trying to drink enough green tea to get the benefits i suggest you buy the tea bags and make it hot as well. celestial seasonings makes quite a few varieties of the flavored green teas that taste good and they cost less then the bottled kind that arizona tea makes.

Yes. The only difference is sugar.

Keep in mind you need to drink quite a bit of green tea to get benefits. It might be cheaper to buy bulk tea in addition to Arizona.
