i was wondering what to call my working border collie and i was wondering what you thourght to the name frank?

he is a tall, fluffy, boisterous puppy with tonnes of energy aand a very cute face.
the only thing is he's a bit slow in the head, thats why i thourght frank would be good.

I have a friend who named his Lab mix "Phil". Everyone thought he was nuts and that it was a terrible name for a dog. Now it fits and everyone agrees that "Phil" is the only name that suits that dog.
