you want to spice it nice and only add minimal liquid to cook try a bit of nutmeg it takes the gamey taste away - for liquid use something acidic to tenderize the meat and balance with the opposite for instance if you use a flavored vinigar to marinate add some olive oil, garlic, balsmatic vinigar is nice - or lemon juice with a bit of honey, just find two or more things that compliment each other and give it a try. you could even use lemon juice with a dried chopped fruit like apricotes or cranberries, good luck

Coat the steak with olive oil and some salt and pepper. Heat pan to med high to high heat (prefferably cast iron). For a 3/4 inch steak cook about 3 min. per side. Do not cook it more than med rare, rare is better. Best steak ever!

The same way you would any other steak. You can boil, grill, bake,or saute it as you would any other steak.Go to these sites buddy- http://home.ivillage.com/cooking/food/0,,d0p,00.html or http://www.aces.edu/counties/StClair/VenisonCookingAngelaTreadaway.pdf but the best for your crock pot would be http://southernfood.about.com/library/crock/blgame.htm

Just use any regular beef recipe.

If you do not like your meat to taste gamey add a few tsp of vinegar (or use a marinade with vinegar)
