you can develope your english knowledge by reading books. this serves as a prime source to develop knowledge. secondarily your outcome of the knowledge is important in which u say that u lag. this can be developed by viewing english medias like english news channels and cinemas. the further most step is to practise solely or with your friends by speaking in english. these three steps could help u gain a vast knowledge in spoken english and in addition to language knowledge. this is how a child develops his or her english knowledge ( both spoken and language). i think this would help u and surpass your obstacles to become a good teacher in mathematics......... best of luck......

Learning English will help, but you do not have to be an English professor to tech or learn math.
Math has literature in all languages but lots and lots of it in English.
There is a language of Mathematics, every thing is well defined.

though English knowledge is very important for a lecturer,since you are interested in maths i don't think it will be a major hindrance....you can try reading story books as they help you very much in learning conversational English..talk to your friends and family in English..in the course of time you will find that you can converse easily in English..good luck

There r many centre for English learning. Admit a reputed one centre and learn English.
