Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

14, 5 foot 1 99lbs..... You are still a growing person and 600 calories a day is ridiculous would seem to indicate an eating disorder on your part..... Please help? Sit down with someone you trust and have a talk or see a doctor. That's the best advise I can offer.

by not eating much your body goes into"survival mode" meaning what you do eat turns to fat. I have been on a plan where you can eat what you lke when you like providing you feel really hungry. Also you must really enjoy what your'e eating. I have lost a stone in 6 months. I don't eat inbetween meals anymore and I feel great.

You are not eating enough. Your body is burning muscle tissue away for energy which is where your weight loss came from. You have no more muscle to burn which is why you can't lose anymore weight. I recommend seeking professional support.
