No. Firstly, science isn't a religion. Perhaps you should look it up in a dictionary. Secondly, you can't make generalisations about atheists like that. The only thing atheists have in common is the lack of a belief in a god or gods.

No. Science is a process of discovery and the investigation of fact, not a religion at all. Atheists trust science more than religious claims because religious dogma and prayer has never built a bridge, found a cure for a disease, or sent a human to another world. It is the reliability of science that they put trust in...not worship.

Atheists by defninition are not religious at all. I've run into a few atheists without a trace of scientific interest...some have some very peculiar ideas. We're an eclectic bunch, united only by our disbelief.

Atheists don't believe in religions. Science is not a religion. So the answer is no.

Science is not a religion. Science is science. If you're an atheist, you simply don't believe in a divine being.

The word atheism literally means *no religion*.
That doesn't mean atheists don't embrace science, but as science involves no form of worship, doesn't require belief and has no formal and organized structure outside of research, it in no way qualifies as a religion anyway.

Science is not a religion. But, it can be ones religion. If you care passionately about something, then it can be said that you have a religious devotion to that thing. It's possible to care passionately about science, it's practice and it's method, so it could be said that science could be your religion.

I believe in science and not an atheist so I don't really thuink this question is kinda making sense from my point of view.

There are plenty if scientists who believe in their faith as well as science so to speak may they be jewish, chritian, muslim, sikh etc you don't have to just necessary be atheist.

Science is a process by which people find out about things. I don't worship a process. I don't know anybody who does (except that funky 1st Church of Gravity on the corner of Nevada and Vine)

No.

I don't believe in God, but I don't really totally believe in science either.. Scientists don't always agree with each other, so why would you believe anything that is called science?

I just believe in the absence of God and the presence of humans xD
