There's guy who loves me and I love him to but there are other guys out there that find me attractive and want to be with me but I don't know how to deal with it.

if you really love the guy and he loves you back, forget about all the other people out there that want to be with you. If you want to be with them then there is not really love between you and that one guy.

You seem to be young by this question.
Don't keep yourself from enjoying yourself (not sexually) just but meeting others making friends if this is your first real love we all have a first love, but you seem young and you need to enjoy life your love will come. Just think about it before you stay, even though you love him your pinning yourself down to one at a young age, the other thing is do protect yourself sexually there is no cure for AIDS
This is your choice your life think about what you really want to do.

If you are into your boyfriend, the others would not be in focus! Tell you boyfriend about the others having an interest(especially if they are his friends), then tell the others you are taken. Be nice and cordial as you would an acquaintance. But, be firm in telling them that you are not interested. The others need to be more than an arms length away!
