One sauce is red and looks like Ketchup but isn't sweet at all...
THe other sauce looks like mustard and probably is but I'm not sure if it's Dijon or regular?

Chinese Hot Mustard and a Chili Garlic sauce, in the stores the Indonesian/Vietnamese Srichaia is the best, mustard is made with dry english style mustard powder and rice wine vinager and is the consistancy of regular yellow mustard, some Chinese or Asain Grocery store sell it already but the chili sauce is available everywhere even

if you mean what I think you mean then theres two sauces, a yellow one and a red one? well, the yellow one is hot mustard and the red one is hot sauce. these are just two hot sauces to spice up our food .
