Unless you are feeling poorly it is not a major problem to have a lower blood pressure. Yes yours is rather low but if you feel ok then just try not to work real hard. If you are having symptoms then you need to either take a break right away or go home. Whatever you decide remember your job is NOT more important than your life or health. What happens if you pass out or something happens while you are at work and someone gets injured or something happens because you stayed instead of going home? Think about YOUR health and the consequesces that could happen if you stay if you don't feel well.

If your blood pressure is that low, you need IV fluids to increase it. Anything below the higher 90's (systolic--top #) is not good. You can pass out, fall, get injured due to this. You need to be seen by the doctor.

Take a walk up a flight or two of steps.

take a brisk walk...instead of using an elevator run up the stairs etc
