Eat food with plenty of fibre in such as green veg, cereal like bran flakes/weekabix. Take senacot or lactulose (if you aren't pregnant)
Drink orange juice.

Bowel Movement is the "professional" term for poop. Fiber is key to prevent constipation. Fiber, Fiber, Fiber!!! Ground up flax can be added to cereal or throw fiber powder into a glass of juice. Prune juice, albeit gross, will help things move along right now. Also fish oil at each meal will help "grease" things up. Drink lots of fluid. If you get dehydrated the poop will get harder because your body will suck moisture out of it and back into your body. The poop will be harder to pass then. Consume plenty of fluids all day, does not have to be water, but of course water is awesome, water is wonderful.... yadda yadda.
