How Do I Change The Headlight Bulbs on '03 Ford Explorer?

Actually, it'sm an '03 Mountaineer. I but new bulbs. It it a do-it-yourself job, or do I need to go to the dealer? If I can do it, how do I do so?

You can do it your self. Open the hood and look at the back of the light. Turn locking ring counter clockwise and slide it back on the wires. Then just pull the bulb out and un plug it. When you put the new one in make sure you don't touch the glass bulb with your fingers when reinstalling it. Oils on your hands getting on the bulb can cause the bulb to fail pre- maturely. Reverse procedure for installation
