You can find more expert advice in print in many reputable books on human sexuality and technique, but the main thing is to help him learn to enjoy touch that is not product oriented. Think about my choice of words. He must learn a new way of relating. He must go against his own male conditioning to not be result (performance) oriented. He has been taught this as a "value" since childhood and by many elements of his society. His whole life is performance. But in bed, with you, he needs to "unlearn" this. He needs to learn to touch just because it feels good, not because it must lead to intercourse. Play with him. Just rub each other's backs or feet. Give some massages with no "happy ending". Relax and let his feminine side come out (you know what I mean). Let him learn the gentle art of love that you know instinctively as a woman.

Some guys are insecure, warranted or not, in the relationship itself and try to compensate in the bedroom.

Personally, it's not something I want to deal with. If a man is lacking that much confidence I disappear.

Women are about as tired of "soothing" a man about size and performance as men seem to be about telling us "NO, your butt does not look fat in those jeans."

I'll tell them once or twice but I really don't want any part of it.

Peace.
