do u get stoned from smoking weed and other crap?
I need to an essay on this stuff for health class :(

Weed and the like create a sudden impact on the brains partly allowing your active brains to go numb.. this creates a good feeling particularly those undergoing heavy stress and problems as the person getting "stoned" would partly forget all his stress because his active brains are temporarily numb for a short while. This is what is getting "stoned". This apparantly creates a sentational feeling for people who do weed, cocaine,.. etc.... etc....

Getting stoned means being affected by drugs as it in smoking "weed" like you said. You could also be stoned on heroin or any other drugs. Stoned would be like being drunk only it refers to drugs not alcohol.
