For the most part, I know that this is true......I work for the Public Defender Dept in my state and I see it all the time. Many of the attys in the office where I work actually ask to help on the cases of "illegal aliens". I think they should be able to stay and not only stay.....but given citizenship.

Becareful, your bigotry is showing through. And your assumption is based on what? Personal experience? A detailed examination of every illegal who was ever accused of a crime vs every legal ever accused of a crime? One specific for instance? Or just rumor increased by your hatred for other races?

How in the world can you make such a broad statement and expect reasonable persons to accept it as fact?

Or perhaps we should give them the worlds worst attorney instead? After all, they are illegals, they are worth less than every one else, they come from the lowest rungs of societies ladder, they are used to getting second rate everything, lets not let "those people" get the Idea that they might have the same rights as We do. Nobody likes an uppity ...........

Racism, Racism, Racism...............

Well, now they are checking immigration status and deporting, much more frequently, and the Supreme Court just came down on the side of what rights to trial illegals don't have on the deportation issue. In other words, if it is a minor offence, the adminstration is thinking that deporting them is cheaper.

For somone to break our laws by comming here illegaly
is a criminal and should be put in jail during the nights and during the days they sould be put on a chain gang working the roads or fields untill they pay for their crimes
They should not be paid instead the Company owners pay min. wage to the jails to offset cost.
not just sit in jail get good food and a place to work out.
Lets remember they came here illegaly use our health care services and other services that are set aside for leagle Americans that pay into theses services

Illegal immigration is in of itself an illegal act.

We want immigrants to come here, that is the whole reason this country was founded, but it has to be done orderly.

Also, keep this in mind before you want to bash people on this.
There is a reason this is the greatest country on earth. We do defend EVERYONE and EVERYONE is innocent until proved guilty!
If they are convicted, then take them to jail or fine them appropriately. Then when their time is done, deport them back!

If they are found innocent, then immediately deport them back to their country until they can come here legally and with the proper papers!

Am I aware that all criminals are given free defense if it is asked, yes. Do I like that? No. Do I appreciate its value if I ever need it? Yes. Would I like to assume that people are innocent until proven guilty? Yes. Would I like to see a compromise reached that will benefit the US in the illegal alien subject that excludes amnesty and free welfare? Yes.
