I have been seeing this guy for a little over a month. I really really like him, but we haven't made anything official yet. He calls me almost everyday and today he dropped by my office to say Hello. In my last post I sounded like I was complaining, but I am not at all. What I was wanting is outsiders opinions on what they think he feels about me.
I feel silly asking questions like this, but I haven't dated in a very long time. I just got out a pretty long relationship. I have dated a few guys since then, but this guy is the first one I have had any feelings for whatsoever and I am afraid to set myself up to get hurt again.

Ok...to clear something up. I was in an extremely long relationship. Got out of that in February. Thats what I meant by I haven't dated in a long time. What I meant by saying I have dated a couple guys since then, is I have gone out on a couple dates. Nothing past a first date, because there was no connection. This is the first guy I have felt any type of connection with since me and my ex broke up. Make sense??

Well let me say this if you talk to him everyday and he just dropped by out of the blue, then my best guess is Yes he likes you very much, guys dont just drop by out of the blue if they dont really like somebody. If you really want to know how he feels then just ask him, but ask in a round about way, Like say I really have enjoyed our time together and do you ever wonder where we will be in 5 yrs from now?

No, i don't think your an alcoholic.. My fiance is a boss/main driller on a drilling rig and he works 7 days a week and 12 hours a day. He will come home everyday and drink a few beers. On the weekends he might drink 12 or something, but i don't think he is a alcoholic. He just does it because of his job. (he is 35) One thing you are smaRT about is not drinking and driving. My fiance is just now left to go into jail, because he got a DUI two months ago and he had to spend ten days in jail for that. He already did 7 days and he has three more to go, so he is just going to do three days. (they let him pick his days within a 3 month period where he works seven days a week) You are not an alcoholic. There is not way. Why would you never think that or ask a question like that for if you only drink around two times a month for four or five months straight and you don't drink 5 days a week??? AN ALCOHLIC DRINKS PRETTY MUCH EVERYDAY.. and they HAVE to have it.. So just keep it up and don't drink everyday or every other day and you will be alright. It's not like you HAVE to have it, ya know? :)

Sweety, that's why God made us so strong! So we can handle heartache and pain! It's also called "experience".
You never know, once you go out with this guy, you might laugh and ask yourself what all the fuss was about, becaue he just may turn you off big time on a date or 2.
Take the plunge is moving on in life. It can hurt like hell, but then again, it can feel sooooooo good!

Yikes, what a sticky situation.
Don't get too attached incase it is just strictly a friendship in his eyes. "Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst" as the old saying goes. i would say just talk to him but, as he is a man, this may scare him. but i think u deserve to know. so next time you guys go out, very casuually and frankly just ask him what is up? make sure u give him enough space though while he is answering and a little before and after too, depending on teh answer.

He sounds cautious but friendly and interested. He may think if you just got out of a long relationship that you would be wary of starting something with him; I'd say your best bet would be to make sure he knows how you feel.
If he calls every day, though, i'd think he is definitely quite into you.

I think he likes you, ut you should just go with the flow.. and see what happens!!! Just be happy and enjoy the time you guys have together!!! I would if i was you, and if you want to know what you guys are doing why dont you just ask him where he thinks this is going... or something like that...

1 month is not enough time to know everything about him.It is too early.You will need to spent more time talking or going out with him.Talk honestly with him,ask him what he feels about you,before you say something. You need to be sure about his feeling for you.Good luck.Maybe you can go to a restaurant or cafeteria with him,and talk about it.Talking with him is the best way to know it.
