my room size is 8 feet by 20 feet, what should be the colour of my room?

Dear, choose at least two colour. one dark and one light. use dark colour at the end of room that is along the 6' wall and use light colour along the 20' wall. you can choose tint of any colour for the 20' wall. and shade or tone of the same colour along the 8' wall.

now come to the hue of colour.... that is the pure colour .. of which shade tone or tint you are going to use. if it is a waiting room or some office like place use neutral colour. like white, black brown , gray, beig, etc. if it is your bed room or drawing room you may use pink, or green. for dining area never use yellow or blue, go for pink , white or green.

so depending upon the use of room you can use diffrent colours. as your room is narrow so you can use mirror in full length along 20' wall to increase the feelings of more space.

What color you paint your room depends on what your looking for. If it's more room (visually) or a brighter look your looking for white is the color. If it's a girls bedroom you may want to have the paint tinted pink (or blue for a boys room). Many hardware stores will tint the paint for you. Just pick a color from one of their charts.

A room 8'x20' should be painted a bright color. If in doubt paint it white. White makes a room brighter and look bigger. If you ever change your mind, white is an easy color to paint over.
