How long can store a frozen turkey and the turkey taste good ?

Many people say NO MORE than 6 weeks.. NOT true.. I have had turkey up to one year and still good.. HOWEVER.. I would not recommend that long JUST in case the freezer was not working as well as it should.... I always tell people that six months is somewhat the maximum.. BUT... not a FIXED maximum

A properly warpped turkey can be stored indefinitely! Just make sure there is no freezer burn because that could cause a funny taste.

fish and poultry should be eaten within 6 months as a rule.
