I think you could spell it teddie and if people have comments about it, tell them it is after the kinky little teddie negligees women wear.
I don't think it would fit a female boxer , doberman, or manly dog, that sounds like a mans name then, but on a cute little doggie, yes.

I think you should name her Princess or Pooh Bear.

But if you like Teddy keep that name.

I think it is cute. I went to school with a girl named "Teddy" and she had a very animated personality. "Teddy", in her case, was short for "Theodora".

When I think of Teddy I think "Theodore" like Roosevelt.. but if she's a cuddly wuddly teddy bear.. maybe that's cute :) Donno would have to see the dog in person to know if it fits.

had a dog named sugar, dad didn't like it cause the dog was a male. if you like it and it fits, try it out. she doesn't have to explain it to anyone.
