1.fine
if u r nice, and have a registration, some form of identification other then that license, then just a fine
2.jail/court
dont drive unless u have some form of identification! how hard is that? if the cop pulls u over, u dont have any way of proving you are you, then the cop has to bring you in, and find out even if the car is stolen.
then you may have to go to court, because of the fact that you were
1.in an accident
2.under the influence
3.reasonable suspicion
for whatever reason you may have a court date in which you may have to explain yourself to a judge. in which you would plead guilty and get a fine or a few days in jail(this depends on the crime if any)
or not guilty, and try to defend yourself
just dont be stupid. bring the license, bring another ID if you do have one while driving, if the car is not in your name thats okay, as long as you had the person's permission, or bring a parent, guardian, or whomever the vehicle is registered under along for the ride.

Depends on what State you live in--in my state if you don't have a license and/or insurance--you will pay a bundle--it will stay with your record for awhile...and by time you pay the Court costs and fines you will wish you hadn't done that!!

Hmm, jail time or a big ticket or both! Every state varies from the amount of time or cost of ticket tho.
