Exercising to lose or avoid 'bingo wings' is tricky, because fat loss in this area will still leave the same amount of skin, which can hang even more ! (sorry... lol)

You need to do some low-rep, heavy resistance work to build muscle (bicep and shoulder as well as tricep) that will 'fill out' the skin around your arm. (The skin WILL adapt to a skinnier arm, but it's very slow; increasing the local blood flow will help this happen, too.)

Don't worry about the muscles making you look 'butch', THEY WON'T !

Even for guys, it takes a lot of brutally hard work and determination to end up looking like an east-german Ladies champion (and sometimes the same drugs).

Toned muscles are curvy, feminine and sexy, and so is the increased confidence you will have from feeling fitter and more capable.

A lot depends on how old you are. As you age, your skin becomes less elastic and looser (hence the wrinkles). Therefore, as you lose weight, instead of the skin snapping back to its original position, it just hangs there. You can do exercises that increase the muscle mass and tone of your arms such as curls, bench presses, military lifts etc. that will make your arms look better. Whatever you do, don't get that flap liposucked. I have an aunt who got so disgusted with her flabby arms, she decided to have lipo done on them. Looked terrible.

yea, a cheap way is to start lifting dumbbells which you can find at walmart for around $12 each. lift the one you can easily lift at least 7 times and buy that. get a slightly smaller weight to do supersets with, which is where instead of just curling it you throw it out to your side up to shoulder length, hold it out to chest length, raise it past your head, etc.

anyway make sure to get a decent amount of protein in your diet, and religiously work out with these weights, you'll find yourself back at the store upgrading the size of weight in no time until your lifting 30 or 40 pounds...but lifting that much isnt really necessary to eliminate fat, but you will eventually get 'addicted' to lifting and like it, and feel like you have to stretch and all without it, even if you continue lifting smaller weights which over time instead of building muscle will just tone your arms.

You will lose most of the hanging fat from your arms by working out, but you might have to see a plastic surgen if it is real bad or just don't like it, they can trim you up just like that. Although that might be a little expensive shop around.

Some of the fat will go...if you lose weight and watch your diet.
But you will never tone your arms unless you do resistance training. YOu have to do tricep and bicep excersices!!

Yes, You should do some tricep work to build musle and support in that area, If you dont have a local gym you can do tricep work just by doing them at home, I would research home workouts or ways to build triceps at home, hope this helps and also do some cardio as Im sure you will,
