FIRST OFF... even if you are UNDERWEIGHT you can get stretch marks, so whoever put the comment about you needing to lose weight obviously needs to do some research before they go blabbing their mouth!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, it probably is stretch marks and, unfortunately, they are genetic and permanent. It's because the collagen/ elasticity of your skin breaks down. They are most commonly found around hips, boobs, thighs, upper arms, and stomach. Vitamin E cream might be good to use, to help prevent any more

If you send me a more detail description I will be pleased to answer your question. When did they appear? Have they been constant? Have they changed? Do you have any medical problems? Do you take any medications prescription or over the counter? What is your height and weight? If you are a women have you ever been pregnant? Anything of interest in your family's health history? The more information the better as one can never know too much.

Sounds like stretch marks. Losing weight will help...unless you want to pay to have them lasered off at the doctors!
