I was watching a show on EWTN (Eternal World Television Network) and it said that one of the Disciples is buried in the center of the Vatican. Can someone tell me which one it is? I can't remember if it's Matthew, Paul, or Peter.

Rumor has it that it is Peter.
The supposed reason is Peter was the first pope and all popes are buried down there somewhere.
However, Peter was not the first pope.
He never was a pope.
Its all creative writing.
