My kitten has sore eye and it's sorta healing but now it is foaming from the mouth and it doesnt seem like it has rabies

some times foaming of the mouth is just dehydration. give him\her plenty of water, and in the mean time try to get a vet appointment.

A cat foaming at the mouth should be taken to the vet immediately. Other signs of rabies may develop after a few days if you don't have it checked out. Better safe than sorry.

Not good. Take your kitten to the vet: Cats do not normally foam at the mouth.
