i want to wound my faze & break my nose & say them i have an accedent & i must surgery ,'now i'm looking for better way !!!!??????????

Just the very nature you are posting this question tells us you are NOT mature enough to make your own decisions about this.
Breaking you nose will NOT get you surgery to rebuild it to something you like. It will just get it put back in place and there can and probably will be a more crooked aspect to your nose.
On a personal note:
I have had issues with my eyes. It does take surgery to fix it, but I am not going to gouge them out to get surgery.
Disfigurement to get attn. or to get something done is very very immature and in most cases is possible to have you committed to an institution.

If this is that important to you I would keep discussing it with them. It may be that you will have to wait until you are an adult to make your own decision. The whole process should be discussed with you doctor to see if such a surgery is necessary or desirable.
