Christians prove the case for evolution when they admit that Adam and Eve evolved into the different races that exist today. Monkey or fish stages then become completely reasonable.

I am sorry to inform you that you do not understand , even in the smallest way, genetics.
The 'races', as they are often called, are genetically derived, yes, from MULTIPLE possibilities and the varied shades of skin colors are a result of 'incomplete dominance', the same is true of hair and eye color.
Some of our traits have as many as 6 differing genes that control the outcome of a certain trait.
Each of us has pairs of genes which give us two sets of multiple combinations to affect our look.
This is NOT evolution, by definition,
Well it is called Macro evolution, a term derived to bolster evolution because it is the ONLY visible sign of change in the animal kingdom
It is NOT evolution, though, as there is neither a an addition or subtraction of genetic material, one generation to the next.
Neither is a family with six tows on both feet.
it is still the same genetic (amount and placement) blueprint as humans had hundreds of years ago (I go no farther, because science has not been able to reliably able to extract material for study much farther than that due to degradation of corpses)
To put it plainly, shaking 5 dice, like the game of Yahtzee, will give you a myriad of combinations, but will never give you a 6th, 7th, or 8th die.
Hence it is still the SAME set you started with, just different combinations (that always existed) are shown at any given time.

If humans evolved from monkeys, then there would be no monkeys... only humans. They have many similarities, but the genus is different.

As for the different races, over years plants, animals and people all adapt to the ecology they reside in. But they stay plant's, animals, and people.

You are going to hear a lot of "theories" in your life, some will be bourne out, some will be disproved. Neither will have a great influence as to what kind of human being you will be. "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Simple edict to conduct your life by. Do not allow the religion/science arguments to confuse you. Simply accept that the two camps will probably never agree. Then just be the kind of person you respect.

Let the two sects argue it out. In the end what difference does it make whether we decended from man or ape? It is what we do today that counts.

Well, actually, for the very 1st time in entire history of man:
I PROVE, scientifically, that Adam and Eve were real and that evolution is false in the book to be released in Feb 07, 'TWO BIRDS ... ONE STONE!!', Published by Xulon Press.
I believe that by March, or so, it should be available via Amazon.com

Yeah it would be a good argument, exept that different races aren't an example of speciation as interracial couples can still have (fertile) children, they are more an example of Mendel's genotypes/phenotypes. No, you can't prove evolution just as you can't prove god. However, you are able to make (as put in the gospel of the FSM) "logical conjecture based on overwhelming observable evidence".

Evolution is only defined as genetic change in any given species over time so even the development of different races is classed as evolution. It proves there is a mechanism in nature that compels species to adapt to their environment, i.e. it proves Darwinian theory. The idea of the bible proving Darwinism really appeals to me.

Yeah I suppose, doe sit actually state that Adam and Eve looked like humans do today or could they have been primative humans? Coz in that case why cant Creationists and Evolution co-exist?

With all due respect, you're a tad off.
Adam was made to have a variety of offspring.
ALL being humans.
Fish and monkeys also have a variety of offspring.
They don't all look and act the same.
However, the fish have fish and the monkeys have monkeys.
"According to their kinds.........."

That doesn't work because you're mixing fantasy into the theory. There was no Adam, therefore the theory is faulty.
