Oh my, where to begin?? Salsa, hummus, tortilla dough, grating blocks of cheese to store in the freezer, ham salad, dressings, oils, mayo, pureeing soups, slicing veggies, the list goes on.
I love my food processor. I use it about 3 times a week.

do you like salsa?
pulse chop (using blade) onions and jalapenos. put in another bowl. place a couple of tomatoes and if you likecilantro, some cilantro in processor with blade, pulse chop. add to bowl with onions and peppers. add a little salt to taste.mix well
you can also grind up your own burger when roasts or even poultry(remove all bones first) are on sale. use pork to make your own signature sausage by experimenting with spices.
make your own peanut butter, cracker crumbs, bread crumbs,
use the shredder to save$$$$$$$$$by shredding your own cheese.
mix up cookie batter(follow instructions with machine)make your own bread dough
save time in the kitchen by using the slicer blade when cooking
when i first got my first processor,i didn't think that much of it,but now 20 years and 3 processors later, i love it,
