Eat the exact same food you always do but reduce the amount by 25%. It will lessen the temptation to cheat by eating forbidden foods and will help to control the weight.

ID RATHER BE OVER WEIGHT THAN UNDER WEIGHT IM 13 TOO AND IM 100 AND LOSING WEIGHT AND I DONT KNOW HOW

do you know any one that has diabetes. my doctor told me follow that diet. also do not skip meals if you can eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. when you skip a meal your body stores more fat thinking it's not going to get more food. good luck I know you'll do it

the easiest way is exercise. you simply take a good long walk every day and dont eat between meals
trust me. i was dieting through all my teens.

try a sea food diet

but seriously try going to the gym
