It's called going into heat and it happens every six months with all dogs.

what? Do you mean when they go in heat?
Hopefully never, because a responsible owner gets their pet spayed/neutered so that pet doesn't add to the huge pet overpopulation problem that leads to millions of perfectly healthy cats and dogs getting euthanized each year due to lack of homes.

dogs get there period every six months at least thats how it went down with my dog
