I used to have the most gorgeous skin, literally, my eating habits are the same, my water intake is the same, though my sleep patterns have varied a bit in the past few months. I have been under a great deal of stress lately and as of right now, it's possible that I may be pregnant, is this what is affecting my skin...(note)..my skin has turned suddenly very moody and agitated w/ some mild acne popping up here and there, this is something that has never happened before!! I have always used proactiv, since I was 15 or so, at night I was using Vitamin c serums w/ M.D. skincare's moisturizer and eye cream, but for some reason my skin has totally stopped responding to anything! I've heard that DDF makes great skin products, should I switch to DDF in conjunction w/ my serum?

Well, if you are preggers, that is the most probable reason. However, not getting enough sleep can take it's toll on the skin.
One reason why a bunch of ppl who stay in clubs all night every night are so ugly. It's funny you mentioned DDF, B/c I just switched to the Pumice Scrub along w/ the aloe toner and it kicks proactiv's overrated ***. Switch to DDF, but keep using the Vitamin C serum b/c it helps w/ any discoloration and Hyperpigmentation.

Have you changed shampoos lately? I watched a show on TV the other day that was explaining that the additives in many shampoos will cause skin problems. Your hair lies against your skin and the chemials make you break out. The same with certain laundry soaps.
They recommended "neutral" or mild soaps for laundry and your hair and sleep on a cotton pillow case.

being pregnant does increase your hormones..and it will break you out at first..just drink lots of water and eat lots of protein and salad, and don't take anything that might affect little one, till you are sure..good luck and congratulations lol
