In my opinion, any Heavyweight who can punch. If you watched his fight against Barrett, Valuev was caught with a lot of shots particularly the overhand right. Barrett was not known to be a big puncher that was why he was handpicked by the Valuev camp (A recognizable name, but no threat) Clearly bothered by the right hands he was caught with, Valuev shook them off at went right at Barrett.
I really can't say there's one single Heavyweight that can do it, I think that there is plenty of them Wlad, Briggs, Tua, Maskaev to name a few. Valuev is a very overrated fighter who just barely gets by.

Right now this is a sad heavyweight division. The only other guy out there is klitsko, who has no chin. Hes the only shot.

I would say the best bets right now are Klitschko and Shannon Briggs.
