Its actually just a 2 walls really a couple of tricky bits around the toilet but not much for a tiler I suppose. I have worked out the approx sq mt and its about 9.3 square meters!

I think you'll have to get quotes from a couple of tilers, since anything you'd find on the Internet will be speculation or out of date. I have done some tile work and it sounds like your job is a pretty good size. I'd figure on 2-3 days of labor for one man, plus the cost of materials. Perhaps that will give you an idea of the amount you should budget for this project.

Labour at £40 an hour, 8hrs to in good shape suite, 16hrs to tile partitions, 8 hrs to tile floor, yet another 8 for sundry portray, snagging and ending, that equals 40 hours at £40 according to hour = £1600.... plus VAT if your guy is registered. enable £4 hundred for contigency (bits of pipe, sealants, screws, paint, etc.etc.) call it £2000 (plus VAT if desirable)
