What do you do for what??? By what promise is she bound??? You might get some answers if you explain what you are talking about. Your question makes no sense. Sorry.

If you truly love her then set her free. If it is meant to be then it will be. Promises are often made without thought, in the heat of things. She had done that. Why is she starting a relationship with you without ending the other? This shows how much maturity there is(or is not) in the relationship.
You will be showing maturity and wisdom by letting her go. Yes you will be hurting. There is no honor in what is going on, someone is lying. You are participating in a theft. When will it happen to you?
Find someone who is truly free to love you as you deserve! Beware of those who cannot keep their promises, for they will not keep yours.
Lastly, what does this say about your character!? You are willing to steal another's property! Be a man of honor, wisdom and maturity.

Tell her that her love and her happiness should matter more than her promise and she should be honest with you, the person she has promised and herself. You can only give her the suggestion. It is for her to decide what course of action to take. Give her sometime to clear out the situation and make a decision quickly so that you are not in doldrums.
