it depends what kind of cheese it was - Cheeses vary in texture and flavour with aging. I will try to analyize you as best I can without that information.
If it was a mild cheddar cheese I would say you are pleasant soft and moist
if it was an older cheddar I'd say you are sharp and well aged
If it was a soft cheese like brie or camembert I would say you are creamy and nice but you get offensive really quickly when left out too long.
If it was blue cheee you're mouldy and kind of weird.
If it was a smoked cheese maybe you were high
Maybe you just like cheese - maybe you are just plain cheesy.

You love cheese and eat quite alot of it or you help out with homeless mice around the christmas period and go to feed the ones that can't get their own cheese.
