Microsoft Word Outline Format?

I'm trying to write an Outline, and after the ROman Numerals it goes to a lowercase letter. I want a capital letter
For example:
THis is what happens
I. dhfduhfudsk
a.fduhffuhg

THis is what i want

I.hfhudihfs
A.dufsijfs

the question messed up the lowercase and uppercase A's are supposed to be indented

I dunno. Try yelling at microsoft because they think they know everything, including how to make an outline incorrectly.
