not as long as you make sure to leave a "please don't feed the gimp" sign. otherwise, old ladies might try and feed it, and you know what kind of unpleasantness that can lead to.

Sure it's OK but, please be polite. If it's a all night er, leave a little food and water and of coarse make your Gimp clean up any doo doo. Other patrons will respect you for it.
Gimps love to be entertained. Leave a box of rocks out front for other patrons to throw at your Gimp. This way, while your getting drunk, your Gimp is getting stoned.
Please keep in mind that some Gimps like to bite. I would suggest bringing a good muzzle along just in case.

No. What are you going to do, take your Gimp in with you? (Gasps) The social faux pas of taking a Gimp into any eating establishment is simply unforgivable, far worse than leaving him outside tied to a hydrant.

it requires a bit of preperation, but I have a collapsable box that I carry around (kind of like a coffin) it is made of metal I generally set that up outside and place the gimp in the box alligning the view port to an interesting angle, so the gimp gets a change of scenery but still has the comfort of his box...it is a win win.
